Ethiopian National Television conducted an in-depth interview with Carlo (Nesibu) Tortora Brayda di Belvedere, the founder of Alchemy World, Daniel G. Tedros, its General Manager (Ethiopia) and Eng. Tadele, his Advisor.

 

The interview lasted 40 minutes and had the backdrop of Lake Tana.

 

This was an opportunity to explain the vision and plan as well as the methodology for Alchemy World's development.

 

When asked what prompted Carlo to start this initiative, he made this statement: "We are a country of 80 Million people, each one of of children of our mother nation, each one of us has a duty to provide for the welfare of the country as a son would provide for the welfare of the family. We will succeed in our plan to eradicate poverty if we all work together, this is an Ethiopian initiative, it is an indigenous NGO staffed by Ethiopians for Ethiopians. Ethiopians have two great attributes, a Lion's courage and a deep love of our Nation, that is why we cannot fail."

 

The Program is to be aired on National Television in March 2008.
