Alchemy World- founder Carlo Tortora Brayda was invited to hold a speech at a conference organised by the British Council at the Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa. Together with co-speaker Alec Reed (founder of "Reed Personel" and chairman of "Ethiopiaid") Carlo spoke about possibilities for personal development for underprivileged Ethiopians.

More than 200 leading Ethiopian business professionals attended the conference.
